Admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2004, Ayo holds a Master of Laws Degree with a certificate of specialization in Maritime Law from the University of Hertfordshire, England, and is licensed to practice in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

As the founding partner of Liwaters, Ayo brings extensive experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. He specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, and in particular, land and intellectual property related disputes.
